By engaging with Rivers REI Group LLC, providing your information, or entering into any agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern our relationship with homeowners and sellers in connection with real estate wholesale and investment activities in the State of Georgia.
Rivers REI Group LLC provides the following services:
Evaluation and assessment of residential and other properties
Making cash purchase offers to homeowners
Wholesaling properties by assigning purchase contracts to end buyers
Real estate investment consulting and advisory services
We are real estate investors and wholesalers, not licensed real estate brokers or agents. We represent our own interests as buyers or assignors, not the seller's interests.
Rivers REI Group LLC does not act as your real estate agent or broker. We strongly encourage all homeowners to seek independent legal and real estate advice before signing any agreement with us. Nothing in our communications or interactions creates an agency or fiduciary relationship.
By working with us, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including:
Name, contact details, and property address for transaction purposes
Financial information such as mortgage balances and liens to evaluate and structure offers
Property condition and details to assess fair market value
Your information will only be used for legitimate business purposes related to your real estate transaction.
All interactions with Rivers REI Group LLC are entirely voluntary. You are under no obligation to accept any offer, sign any agreement, or provide any information. You have the right to withdraw from any discussions at any time prior to the execution of a binding agreement.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information regarding yourself and your property. Providing false or misleading information may result in the termination of our business relationship and could have legal consequences under Georgia law.
Any offer made by Rivers REI Group LLC is subject to the following conditions:
All offers are subject to inspection, title review, and due diligence
We may assign our interest in any purchase contract to a third-party buyer
Offers are not guaranteed and may be withdrawn prior to contract execution
Closing is subject to clear and marketable title as determined by a licensed Georgia closing attorney
Both parties agree to keep the terms and details of any negotiations or agreements confidential, except as required by law or necessary to complete the transaction (e.g., sharing with title companies or closing attorneys).
Rivers REI Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on our evaluations, offers, or advice. Our total liability to you in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the earnest money or consideration paid under any signed agreement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or related to our business relationship shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts in Chatham County, Georgia.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rivers REI Group LLC, its members, agents, and representatives from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information provided, or any third-party claims related to the property.
Rivers REI Group LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be provided to you in writing prior to any new transaction.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed purchase agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rivers REI Group LLC with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior discussions and understandings.
